{"id":155,"date":"2017-03-21T09:45:03","date_gmt":"2017-03-21T09:45:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.johndavi.es\/?p=155"},"modified":"2017-03-31T09:27:21","modified_gmt":"2017-03-31T08:27:21","slug":"my-son","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.johndavi.es\/index.php\/my-son\/","title":{"rendered":"My Son"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We took a morning trip today to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.m.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/M%E1%BB%B9_S%C6%A1n\">My Son<\/a>, an ancient Cham site.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dug up by the French from 1899 and damaged in the late 1960s by war. Set in very beautiful surroundings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our tour started with a bit of a Cham dancing demo. Three parts, of which part one was good but part three slightly uncomfortable as the women doing the dancing seemed not 100% happy with their outfits. Though that could have been out imaginations.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, the remaining buildings are interesting. Interesting trying to imagine them as they would have been used.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Most of the photos are on our SLR, so here&#8217;s a placeholder.
